Golden Kite Awards 2009 results

The Golden Kite 2009 – the Oscar ceremony of Vietnamese movies – had taken place in Hanoi last night, March 01.

Here is the list of winners:

Best video: “Khí phách anh hùng” (Hero’s Spirit)

Best science documentary: “Không khí và sự sống” (Air and Life)

Best video documentary: “Người bạn thầm lặng của Bác” (Uncle Ho’s quiet friend)

Best TV show: Chạy án (phần 2) (Law & Order? part 2)

Best Foreign Collarboration Movie (new): “Cú và Se Sẻ” (Owl and Sparrow)

Audience Favorite: Chuyện tình xa xứ

The press favorite: Cú và Se Sẻ (Owl and Sparrow)

Best Actor: Dustin Trí Nguyen (Huyền Thoại Bất Tử – The Legend is Alive)

Best Actress: Phạm Thị Hồng Ánh (Trăng Nơi Đáy Giếng – Moon at the Bottom of the Well)

Best director: Lưu Huỳnh (Huyền Thoại Bất Tử – The Legend is Alive)

Best screenplay: Châu Thổ (Trăng Nơi Đáy Giếng – Moon at the Bottom of the Well)

There are no Golden Kite for Animation and Big Screen Movie this year.
